We know how important school portraits are for you and your family. Our goal is to make the best portrait from your child and capture the most genuine expression that reflects their personality. FAQ's

How long does it takes to get my children’s photos after I order?: Prints are delivered back to the school or daycare center two weeks after you placed your order. If you paid for delivery you will get your photos a week after you placed the order.
I ordered digital images on line but I have not received any link yet.: When you place an order on line for digital images you will receive an email with your order confirmation and a link to download your images. Please allow 15 minutes to get this email. Also check your junk mail. If you have not received an email from us please contact us. 
How do I fill out the envelope if I want my children photographed together and/or separately?: You will need one envelope for the order of the children together and a separate envelope for each of the children being photographed separately. For the sibling photo, write all children’s names on the envelope and write “Together” above their names on the envelope. If you need additional envelopes, please see your school director.
Can I bring in a sibling that does not attend the school?: Photogenesys will photograph your children. However, you should first get approval from the school director
Can I split a package between my two children?: No. Due to our lab printing process, packages may not be split and photo sheets can not be altered from what is already included in a package.
